What Delights are in Store?
A caching diary for 2012, my third year. The previous two years weren’t spectacular, as I was only just getting my eye in. This year proved to be a bit more adventurous and a bit more productive.

Summary
So there we have it, my 2012 Caching Diary. So what did I actually achieve:
- A total of 1,095 finds
- 50 days ticked off the “days found” list
- No days ticked off my Shifty Fifty Challenge, yet
- One new country – Portugal
- My first ever mega events – Geolympix in Oxford and Halloween Hides in Northamptonshire
That’s a good continuation. I was starting to feel like a “proper” geocacher. Statistics and challenges were becoming a feature. I was starting to get into the swing of it, and starting to gain the confidence to go out on bigger days.
