Where?
Well, basically, all the other bits of North-West Europe that aren’t the UK. And by that I mean Ireland and The Channel Islands, but also the Isle of Man. In the olden days you might call it “The British Isles” but in more modern times the geographical confusion over “Britain” and “The United Kingdom” and its relationship with the island of Ireland means I’d prefer not to use The British Isles, even though North-West Europe sounds cumbersome and horribly non-specific.
Back at the plot, geocaching trips to the area have included:
- A business trip to Dublin in February 2013, where I managed to squeeze in a fair amount of geocaching in the evenings.
- A number of business trips to Guernsey in the spring of 2018.
So I guess there’s plenty of scope for a few more ventures into these areas.
